10 Edwin Peter Rohrbaugh was born December 26, 1858 in Codorus, York, Pennsylvania. He married Ellen Jane Hengst on March 31, 1881. She was a daughter of farmer Henry Hengst and Priscilla Ness and was born January 11, 1861 in Codorus, York, Pennsylvania.
Edwin went to the University of Maryland to study medicine and was soon given entrance to study at John Hopkins University where he earned his degree in medicine. Then he entered the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Baltimore. He came back to practice medicine in his hometown and nearby. Dr. E.P. Rohrbaugh would later take his profession to the west in Oregon and then Casper, Wyoming where he settled with Ella and their three children. Edwin was also elected and served as Mayor of Casper, Wyoming for a term.

1 Anna Campsey Rohrbaugh was born April 2, 1882 in Jacobus, York, Pennsylvania. She married refinery worker and land office agent Robert Francis Potter Jr. on September 23, 1900 in Natrona, Wyoming. He was a son of bank cashier and book keeper Robert Francis Potter Sr. and Elizabeth "Bessie" Hodgson and was born July 18, 1866 in Minersville, Schuylkill, Pennsylvania.
Robert Francis Potter Sr. enlisted in the Pennsylvania 27th infantry Co. B as a Sergeant on June 19, 1863. He fought in the Battle of Gettysburg in his first engagement.
Robert Francis Potter Jr. was previously married to Mary Knittle who died in Pennsylvania a year before he met Anna in Wyoming where he left to work for the Pennsylvania Refining company in Casper, Wyoming. Robert and Mary raised 4 children, Emily Florence, Charles, Elizabeth Hodgson and Francis.

Robert Potter died February 28, 1915 in Douglas, Converse, Wyoming leaving Anna to raise all of their children and his children from his first marriage.
Anna married merchant and banker McDonald Ravlin "Rall" Collins on July 31, 1916 in Douglas, Wyoming. He was a son of merchant Albert Collins and Mary Eliza Ravlin and was born on November 9, 1868 in DeSoto, Iowa. His father Albert Collins served with the Ellsworth Chicago Zouaves and as 1st Sergeant and Captain in the 15th Illinois Cavalry during the Civil War. He was engaged in the battles of Pea Ridge, Iuka, Corinth and was involved with the Red River campaign.
Anna and McDonald had two stillborn children in 1917 and 1921. McDonald died February 13, 1935 in Douglas. Anna moved to San Francisco in 1950 where she lived the remainder of her life.
